[ZRH] API Server Maintenance (URL change)
Completed - CloudSigma would like to inform you that the planned maintenance on the API server in the Zurich cloud location has been completed.

The API is now available again, and the previously announced URL change from https://zrh.cloudsigma.com/ to https://gva.cloudsigma.com/ has been applied.

If you were using https://zrh.cloudsigma.com/ui/5.0/login to access your account:
Please update all of your bookmarks to https://gva.cloudsigma.com/ui/5.0/login, as you should start using the new URL for logging in to the WebApp.

Regarding API Calls, it is possible to use the ZRH endpoint (zrh.cloudsigma.com/api/2.0), but we strongly encourage you to begin updating your automations to use the new one: gva.cloudsigma.com/api/2.0.

If your account was originally from GVA, there is no need to change anything.

There was no impact on already existing/running virtual machines, hosts, network accessibility, or any other running services during the maintenance.

Scheduled - CloudSigma would like to inform you that we are planning to perform scheduled maintenance on our API server in the Zurich cloud location. The aim of the maintenance is to perform the previously announced URL change from zrh.cloudsigma.com to gva.cloudsigma.com.

IMPACT:
There will be no impact on already existing/running customers’ virtual machines, hosts, network accessibility, and/or any other running services. During the maintenance, customers will not be able to perform any calls to the API, directly or through the web interface, for about 3 hours. After the maintenance work is complete, the API will respond to calls on its new domain name, and zrh.cloudsigma.com both, until the 22nd of October 2026.

As it was mentioned in our initial announcement about the upcoming domain change, we highly recommend that you update your bookmarks, automations and API calls to use the new domain.

IMPACT:
There is no impact on already existing/running virtual machines or network connectivity. However, affected virtual machines may temporarily be unavailable for management actions, including stopping or editing the machines.

Our Operations team is actively working to resolve the issue and restore normal functionality as soon as possible. We will provide further updates as more information becomes available.

Update - We would like to inform you that the issue was fixed for the Geneva cloud. There is a small number of virtual drives showing in an "unavailable" state in the Zurich cluster.

Identified - There was an unexpected simultaneous reboot of devices within the cloud network. That resulted in network loss for all storage nodes within the cloud. Most of the virtual drives were returned to an active state, but there are still virtual drives shown in an "unavailable" state. We are working on restoring the storage operations for all virtual drives in the cluster.
