Update

CloudSigma would like to inform you that the Storage performance has stabilized in the Cloud Location. The creation of new drives is now available to our customers once again.

Although the issue is still ongoing, please be assured that our team continues to work on a permanent fix.

Investigating

CloudSigma would like to inform you that, currently, the accessibility of the drives in the Zurich Region is limited. While the issue prevents the creation of new services, already existing ones are not affected.

We are working hard to resolve the issue as soon as possible, and we will keep you posted
