Alpha3 Cloud would like to inform you that the planned maintenance of our storage cluster, in the San Jose cloud location, was completed successfully. The maintenance aimed at upgrading the underlying software in our storage cluster. All scheduled tasks took 3 hours and 10 minutes in total.
IMPACT: There was no impact on any of the existing servers, drives or networking, other than a slight increase of the I/O operations for the duration of the maintenance window.

Alpha3 Cloud would like to inform you that the planned Stage 1 of the Storage Cluster Upgrade in the San Jose cloud, will continue on the 23rd of April. Due to unexpected complications during the initial upgrade, we could not complete it is as planned, and the first stage of the needed upgrade will be finalized in a new maintenance window.
There will be no service impact on the virtual machines running in the cloud, nor degradation in the storage operations.
Please excuse us for any inconvenience caused.
