Alpha3 Cloud would like to inform you that due to unexpected complications during the Stage 1 of the Storage Cluster Upgrade in the San Jose cloud, the work on this will continue on the 23rd of April. There will be no service impact on the virtual machines running in the cloud, nor degradation in the storage operations. Please excuse us for any inconvenience caused.

Alpha3 Cloud would like to inform you that we are planning to do scheduled maintenance of our storage cluster in the San Jose cloud location. The maintenance aims to upgrade the storage boxes sustaining the storage cluster. All scheduled tasks are expected to take 4 hours in total.
IMPACT: There will be no service impact impact, except a slight increase in the I/O operations.
